Excelente calidad en productos y muy buen trato personal, es lo mejor de carolinas.

Adorable family owned shop run by husband and wife, Daniel and Adriana. Great prices on a good variety of beef, pork and poultry but what makes them stand out from the rest is their home-made items. Burgers (beef and chicken), sausages (pork and chicken) and chorizo (Spanish and Porteño) all made fresh with recipes that are measured to the gram and have been tweaked and perfected over the years. They also take requests, for example the lamb and beef sausages in case you do not eat pork. Vacuum sealing is an option. They do it right on the spot and it will be ready to freeze or, as I like to do, take back home to Norway to continue enjoying their products a little longer. Highly recommended.

Amazing products provided by amazing owners. They are also the ones of not many in Spain to speak english, which can make shopping a bit easier for foreign customers. As of products, they have mostly various types of raw meat and chorizo made by them. I fell in love with chorizo burger patties, which you can most likely get on a special order ;) I'm going to go back every time while visiting Alicante
