My all-time favorite serrano ham vendor in the Atarazanas Market: Charcutería Ana. The husband owner is a joyful, patient Spaniard who will wait as you stumble through in broken Spanish, politely correcting you. Unlike many vendors who can be so intimidating, this guy loves talking with foreigners. Also, their serrano, cooked ham, homemade pâté and regional cheeses taste better than from other vendors. Prices are not expensive either, he has a serrano ham for every budget and they all taste good! Highly recommend for anyone new to the city for a go-to for ham and learning to interact with shop keepers 😉

gute Auswahl, faire Preise und vor allem authentisch und nicht touristisch. Im Markt, der überall zum Probieren einlädt
